Overview
Fariha Syed represents corporate clients in the technology, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and energy industries. She advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, commercial agreements and corporate governance. Fariha also supports in-house counsel and business stakeholders on day-to-day legal matters and regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements.
