WindRose Health Investors sells healthcare-focused marketing and communication firm BPD Healthcare

PE Hub recently featured Day Pitney for its role in representing MJH Life Sciences in the acquisition of BPD Healthcare, a Boca Raton, Florida-based marketing and communications firm focused on healthcare brands.

The Day Pitney team included New Jersey Partner and Chair of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice Thomas Zalewski, along with Associates John Kaschak, Fariha Syed, and Maryann Lennon. The team advised MJH Life Sciences throughout the transaction, which expands MJH’s capabilities in healthcare marketing and communications.

BPD Healthcare, founded in 2002, was previously majority recapitalized by WindRose Health Investors in 2022. The acquisition marks a continued growth investment by MJH Life Sciences, a leading medical media company.
