WindRose Exists BPD Healthcare in Sale to MJH Life Sciences

The Deal recently highlighted Day Pitney's representation of MJH Life Sciences in its acquisition of BPD Healthcare, a full-service healthcare marketing agency headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.

Day Pitney's deal team was led by New Jersey Partner and Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Chair Thomas A. Zalewski, with support from Associates John Kaschak, Fariha Syed, and Maryann Lennon, who advised MJH Life Sciences throughout the acquisition process.

The acquisition brings together BPD Healthcare's data-driven marketing and communications capabilities with MJH Life Sciences' broad media and education platform, strengthening MJH's mission to advance healthcare through communication, research, and data-based solutions.
