Overview

Wael Amer represents businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation matters. He defends clients in tort and product liability disputes. He also has experience representing clients with complex contractual disputes.

Wael handles matters involving aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including hiring, termination, wage and hour compliance, and the implementation of employment-related policies to ensure employers are complying with the myriad of state and federal laws.

Wael was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2019. At Seton Hall Law School, Wael was involved in the Civil Litigation Clinic where he represented, as a clinic member, indigent people in foreclosure proceedings. He also previously served as a Financial Planner for Ernst and Young and holds a Series-65 certification.
