New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure

Day Pitney Partner and General Counsel Elizabeth J. Sher is pleased to announce the publication of the 2023 edition of New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure (New Jersey Law Journal Books), a leading treatise on federal practice in New Jersey. Sher serves as co-editor of the treatise, along with Kerri A. Chewning (Archer), and also authors the chapter on Discovery. Firm Summer Associates Alexis Abuhadba, Bamisope Adeyanju, and John Clarke provided invaluable assistance with updating that chapter this year.

New Jersey Litigation Of Counsel Michael K. Furey also contributed a chapter to the book on Subject Matter Jurisdiction. He was ably assisted by Day Pitney Senior Associate Michael Fialkoff and Associates Joseph Ritter and Wael Amer.

The book is available for purchase at www.lawcatalog.com. All 27 authors have graciously agreed to donate all royalties from sales of the book to the Historical Society of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
