He has advised foreign and domestic insurers on many of the industry’s most important coverage issues, including opioids, asbestos, sexual molestation, COVID-19, e-cigarettes, data privacy, cyberattacks, advertising liability, intellectual property, healthcare compliance, executive risk, professional liability, and bad faith. Jonathan also has extensive experience litigating late notice and claims made coverage disputes.

Jonathan serves as the Managing Partner of Day Pitney’s Boston Office.
