On October 15, Jonathan Zelig served as a panelist on the topic, "Ransomware: Exposures and Opportunities," at the 2020 Massachusetts Insurance and Reinsurance Bar Association's Fall Symposium. The panel, which was designed for insurance professionals and practitioners, explored the cutting-edge topic of ransomware attacks that continue to plague corporations, governments, essential services and even school systems around the world. They also discussed potential consequences to victims, from business interruption to brand reputation losses to regulatory fines and third-party claims.
