Day Pitney Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use practice co-chair Craig Gianetti was featured in Gothamist article "Court Tells Wealthy NJ Town: We'll Decide Where You'll Put Affordable Housing." In his oral argument Gianetti, representing RPM, noted the agreement said that if municipal leaders deemed the Main Street site inappropriate for development, they would have until February 2022 to suggest an alternative. But they didn't do so at the time, Gianetti pointed out. "The only thing they've built is their promise to fight this project," he said.
