On May 15, Day Pitney Litigation Partner and General Counsel Elizabeth J. Sher spoke at a panel presentation at the NJ State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlantic City. James DiGiulio (O'Toole Scrivo) moderated the well-attended discussion, which was entitled "Insights from Law Firm General Counsel – The Ethics of Fee Collection: To Pursue or Not to Pursue, That is the Question!"
