"Conducting Effective Internal Investigations," Case Studies in Compliance Systems, UConn Law

On February 19, Day Pitney Litigation Partner Chase Rogers and Associate Lindsey Viscomi served as guest lecturers for University of Connecticut School of Law's Case Studies in Compliance Systems, presenting on "Conducting Effective Internal Investigations." The course, taught by former Dean of UConn Law Timothy Fisher, is part of a joint program for UConn Law and UConn School of Business students. Rogers and Viscomi focused their discussion on employment-related investigations and tasked students with a case-study uniquely prepared for the class.
