On March 19, Partner and General Counsel Elizabeth J. Sher presented a webinar, "A Delicate Balance: Conflicts, Waivers and Consents," for NITA's studio71. The webinar provided a general overview of the ethical considerations governing conflict analysis and requests for waivers; explored the legal, ethical, and business perspectives of both outside counsel and the client; and provided a chance for attendees to test their ability to recognize and resolve conflicts of interest. It was attended by more than 160 participants and will remain available for viewing in NITA's electronic library.
