Select Legal Issues for Emerging Companies

David Waizer presented on "Select Legal Issues for Emerging Companies" at the Rutgers Business School Collaborative for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (CTEC). The CTEC offers educational and outreach services and serves as a hub where students, faculty, investors and professionals come together with the common goal of translating technology into new business opportunities. Waizer, who leads Day Pitney's Emerging Company and Venture Capital practice, also serves as a CTEC mentor to Ph.D. and MBA candidates.
