14th Annual International Estate Planning Institute

On March 22 and 23, Warren Whitaker chaired the International Estate Planning Institute, presented by the New York State Bar Association and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners USA and held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in New York, NY. Over 350 attendees from around the world gathered to hear presentations on cross-border planning involving the UK, China, Canada, France and other jurisdictions. Among the speakers in addition to Whitaker were Dina Kapur Sanna on foreign trusts and Carl Merino on structuring foreign investments in the U.S. This is the fourteenth year that Whitaker has chaired the Institute.
