Day Pitney Earns Expanded Recognition in Chambers USA 2026

Building on a year of strategic growth across both talent and practices, Day Pitney LLP has earned national and regional recognition in the 2026 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. The firm’s presence in the rankings expanded, with 41 Day Pitney attorneys earning a total of 44 rankings and 19 practices recognized—up from 40 attorneys and 17 practices in 2025—demonstrating the firm’s strong depth of talent and continued momentum in advising on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

This year, the firm earned 17 “Band 1” rankings across practices and individuals. The firm’s top-ranked practices include Insurance; Insurance: Transactional & Regulatory; Intellectual Property; Litigation: General Commercial and Real Estate in Connecticut; Litigation: General Commercial: Highly Regarded in Florida; and Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation in New Jersey.

Day Pitney further strengthened its standing with key improvements across its practice rankings. Underscoring pivotal accomplishments, Insurance: Transactional & Regulatory and Intellectual Property, both in Band 1 and in Connecticut were ranked for the first time, while Energy: Electricity (Regulatory & Litigation) for Nationwide moved up a band.

Four attorneys earned promotions in their individual rankings, and seven Day Pitney attorneys received first-time recognition. An additional eight attorneys and four practices were identified by the publication as having significant potential for future rankings, further highlighting Day Pitney’s sustained momentum.
