"What is Tech and Law?", University of Connecticut School of Law

Day Pitney Partner and co-chair of the Data Privacy, Protection and Litigation practice, William Roberts, participated in a panel discussion titled “What is Tech and Law?” on September 11 at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he also serves as an adjunct professor of data privacy law. The program, hosted by the school’s Tech and Law Society, brought together professors to examine the evolving intersection of law and innovation.

The discussion addressed top-of-mind issues in the field, including the current state of technology and privacy law, the complex regulatory and compliance challenges confronting governments and companies, and the expanding opportunities for law students to contribute meaningfully to this dynamic and evolving area of practice.
