
Overview
Victoria "Tori" Whalen assists clients in complex commercial litigation and real estate litigation matters. She advises businesses in many stages of complex commercial disputes and litigation in the state and federal courts, including conducting discovery and drafting motions and briefs.
Tori was a judicial intern to the Honorable Scott L. Kafker of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. In this role, she conducted research for several cases, including a matter that revises the test for courts to address equal protection claims deriving from traffic stops and another on the responsibilities of national insurance companies under state medical marijuana laws. Tori also interned for a Boston-based sports group, where she assisted with the acquisition of a Pennsylvania-based professional ice hockey team.
During her time at Rollins College, Tori was a member of the Division II Softball Team.
