Overview
Nicholas "Nick" Thomas assists clients with corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities and corporate governance. He has experience in advising clients in structuring, forming and operating private investment funds.
Nick interned at an in-house legal department, where he worked on labor and employment, litigation, and federal regulation and legislation matters. He also assisted with pro bono matters for veterans.
