Overview

Kaitlyn "Katie" Sapp advises individuals and families on the full spectrum of tax and estate planning matters. Her practice encompasses estate, gift, and income tax planning, as well as special needs planning. Katie develops comprehensive estate plans tailored to her clients’ goals, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, advance healthcare directives, and powers of attorney. She has extensive experience supporting clients through trust and estate administration, guiding families through probate proceedings and addressing associated tax considerations. Katie also prepares federal and state estate and gift tax returns and handles a variety of guardianship matters.
