Rachel Lynch represents real estate developers, corporate clients and institutional investors with real estate transactions and financing. She assists clients with the purchase and sale of real estate, lease transactions for office and industrial/warehouse space, and construction and permanent financing.

Rachel has experience handling matters involving commercial backed mortgage securities, non-agency lending and agency lending. In addition, she is experienced with complex financing transactions, including multilevel mezzanine debt and preferred equity contributions. She has represented lending institutions and commercial banks in more than $750 million of financing transactions.
