Overview

Lauren Hamill advises clients on trademark, copyright, advertising, and technology matters. She assists clients in all stages of the trademark registration process, from trademark clearance searches to enforcing and protecting U.S. and international trademarks.

Lauren also has experience in intellectual property transaction matters, including drafting trademark, technology, and data licensing agreements, and providing support in due diligence matters.

While in law school, Lauren was the Executive Director of the Connecticut Moot Court Board and a Notes and Comments Editor on the Connecticut Law Review, where she published an article about copyright registration.

Lauren was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2019.
