In her real estate practice, Amanda handles commercial and residential transactions, including finance, leasing and acquisitions. She evaluates lessor/lessee liability under federal and state environmental laws and conducts environmental due diligence for the purchase and sale of environmentally-impacted real property.

Amanda has been engaged in the permitting and siting of renewable energy facilities, including preparing responses to agency-issued requests for proposals and assisting in the energy facilities application process.
