
Overview
Alexis Abuhadba represents employers in employment and traditional labor matters. She assists in the defense of employers and management against allegations of discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and retaliation by former and current employees and in disputes before the National Labor Relations Board.
Alexis was the Manager of Partner Engagement and Development at the National Diversity Council, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies in developing their diversity and inclusion programs.
Alexis served as a legal intern at Yale Law School's Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic; Palestine Works in Washington, DC; and the Defense for Children International in Ramallah, Palestine. In addition, she served as a staff assistant at the Jerusalem Fund's Palestine Center in Washington, DC. Alexis was a Summer Associate at Day Pitney in 2022.
