OSHA Compliance and Litigation
Overview
Day Pitney’s OSHA Compliance and Litigation group provides employers with comprehensive guidance to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance while minimizing risks and potential liabilities. With experience across industries, we partner with clients to address a wide range of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and workplace health and safety challenges.
Our attorneys assist employers in developing and implementing proactive safety policies and training programs to meet federal and state safety standards. While we work with our clients to develop policies and procedures to safeguard the workplace from accidents, we also counsel employers on managing workplace incidents when they do occur, including accident investigations and crisis response.
When violations are alleged, we provide skilled representation in responding to audits and citations and defend clients in administrative proceedings and litigation. Our team has extensive experience handling a spectrum of OSHA-related matters such as whistleblower claims, serious injury investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
