  • Serving as counsel to a major offshore wind developer on siting, state regulatory, real estate, independent system operator/regional transmission organization (ISO/RTO) participation and interconnection issues relating to the development of an offshore wind project of up to approximately 2,400 MW
  • Assisted two New England utility companies in the negotiation of power purchase agreements for five offshore wind-generating facilities
  • Assisted a Northeastern U.S. utility in the acquisition of real estate, permits and intellectual property related to the construction of the undersea transmission facilities associated with an offshore wind generating facility
  • Assisting an offshore wind project developer on intellectual property issues
  • Advising an existing power plant owner on offshore wind projects seeking to interconnect at its site
