Day Pitney Adds Attorney Damian Privitera to Healthcare Team

Damian Privitera has joined Day Pitney as counsel in the firm's Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Technology practice and is located in the Hartford office. Privitera is the second Healthcare attorney to join the firm in recent months, following partner Magda C. Rodriguez's arrival in Miami office.

Privitera focuses his practice on health care, data privacy and cybersecurity, life sciences and biotechnology, clinical research, and health-related technology matters. Privitera's experience includes health care regulatory compliance matters related to licensure, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and marketing and advertising of health care-related products.
