Day Pitney's Cannabis Practice Leaders

The announcement that Day Pitney has named Attorneys James M. Leva and Amanda M. Curley as chair and vice-chair of the firm's Cannabis practice group was featured in Law.com's Higher Law newsletter.

Leva is an employment and litigation partner who advises companies on compliance with state and federal marijuana-in-the-workplace rules. Curley, a counsel who specializes in real estate and land use, works with clients on issues surrounding siting cannabis operations.
