Meet the 2023 Diverse Voices

Day Pitney's Florida Managing Partner Manuel A. Garcia-Linares has been named to South Florida Business Journal's Diverse Voices list. His selection was featured in the Q&A special section "Meet the 2023 Diverse Voices."

Garcia-Linares was asked about what advice he would give diverse executives hoping to rise in the professional world, he responded, "Determine what needs to be done to improve your organization and then develop action plans to accomplish it. Put together a diverse team to achieve the goals, which, in turn, will generate more inclusive ideas, resulting in a better outcome for the company. Take responsibility for decisions, and focus on opportunities, not problems."
