Gary S. Betensky Reappointed as Chair of the Palm Beach County Environmental Control Hearing Board

Florida Partner Gary S. Betensky has been reappointed to the Palm Beach County Environmental Control Hearing Board for a second three-year term and will continue to serve as chair. Betensky has been serving as a board member since his appointment in 2020 by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners.

The Board conducts public hearings to adjudicate environmental and day care ordinance violations issued by the Palm Beach County Department of Health. The Board may impose civil penalties or other affirmative relief for such violations.
