In April 2020, Day Pitney represented a Connecticut-based investment management firm in connection with the formation of a long biased fund. The Day Pitney team, consisting of Peter Bilfield, Eliza Fromberg, Erik Bergman, Lydia Joo Lee, and Kim Morabito, with tax assistance from Steve Ziobrowski and Justin Hannan, advised the client on the preparation of offering documents, including a private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement and subscription agreement.
