Silmid Snapped Up By U.S. Distribution Giant

Partner David M. Waizer was one of the advisors to Silmid Limited shareholders on the company's acquisition by GracoRoberts, a U.S. aerospace-focused specialty chemicals distribution giant. Silmid specializes in the on-demand supply of small volume orders, primarily via its full service B2B ecommerce website, as well as inventory management, product repackaging, and the packing and shipping of hazardous materials.
