Day Pitney Represents USPF Chatham LP in its $35 Million Acquisition of Chatham Village Apartments

Day Pitney LLP represented USPF Chatham LP, a partnership including Stolar Capital, Vertical Realty and EverWest Real Estate Investors (EverWest), in its acquisition of Chatham Village Apartments from Madison Hill Properties for $35.25 million. The 118-unit garden-style complex includes 40 one-bedroom and 78 two-bedroom layouts and is located in the Short Hills, New Jersey area multifamily market. The transaction was featured in an article published by GlobeSt.com, an ALM Real Estate Media Group news source. In addition to representing the partnership in connection with this purchase, Day Pitney also represented Stolar Capital and Vertical Realty in forming the partnership with EverWest.
