Day Pitney Lands 2 Corporate Finance Partners

Peter Bilfield and Steven Gold were quoted in an article, "Day Pitney Lands 2 Corporate Finance Partners," published in Law360. The article reports that Bilfield and Gold have joined Day Pitney as partners, bolstering Day Pitney's private equity, finance and investment management practices. Bilfield told Law360 that Day Pitney's goal of expanding its investment management and private funds group practices was one of the factors that led to him joining the firm. "Day Pitney is a bigger and better platform for me," Bilfield said. He added that Day Pitney's large international family office practice will complement his investment management practice. Gold told Law360, "the holistic, team approach" attracted him to Day Pitney. "I noticed immediately upon walking in the door that they have adopted best practices," Gold said. "From the receptionist to the secretaries to the mailroom people to the managing partner, everyone is on the bus going in the same direction."
