Private Equity: What the SEC Plans to Target

In June, Eliza Fromberg was quoted in an article, “Private Equity: What the SEC Plans to Target,” in ACA Insight. Fromberg says she expects more enforcement activity now that the SEC has completed its presence exams, and noted that the SEC has hired individuals with private fund experience to provide in-house expertise and has formed a Private Funds Unit exam division.
