In the article, Mussman details how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the real estate market from when it rallied in both sales volume and price during the fourth quarter of 2019. After the outbreak, there has been a decrease, but sales are continuing, while keeping the health and safety of both the buyer and seller as the top priority. Mussman provided a number of new considerations for high net-worth individuals when looking to buy or sell a new residence.
