"Educational Seminar - Spousal Rights and Creditors Rights in Family Trusts", Boston Estate Planning Council

Boston Partner Tiffany Bentley and Senior Associate Heather Harris presented at Morgan & Lewis' Law Office at a Boston Estate Planning Council Educational Seminar on February 15. This event was focused on, "Spousal Rights and Creditors Rights in Family Trusts" and they discussed the recent Jones v. Jones decision, its takeaways and its implications, from three distinct perspectives: that of a divorce attorney, that of a creditors' rights attorney, and that of an estate-planning attorney.

Bentley acted as the divorce attorney, Cahill was the estate planning attorney, and the creditors' rights attorney perspective was provided from outside the firm.
