"Technology and Artificial Intelligence: Promise and Perils for DEI" NJSBA Diversity Summit

On January 25, Day Pitney Litigation Partner and co-chair of the firm's Data Privacy, Protection and Litigation practice group Naju Lathia will be speaking on the "Technology and Artificial Intelligence: Promise and Perils for DEI" panel at the New Jersey State Bar Association Diversity Summit. The panel will be moderated by Raymond M. Brown (Pashman Stein) and will include panelists Sajed Nassem (New Jersey Courts), and Dillon Reisman (American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey). The discussion will look at how legal AI works, as well as how algorithms have been used in a variety of contexts, and concerns relating to data privacy.
