"Key Legal Issues for Emerging Companies," Rutgers Business School Collaborative for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization

On October 18, Day Pitney Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice group chair David Waizer spoke at Rutgers Business School Collaborative for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (CTEC) on "Key Legal Issues for Emerging Companies."

CTEC is an entrepreneurship program provided by the Rutgers Business School for prospective MBA candidates and Ph.D. candidates that focuses on translating cutting-edge technology and scientific discoveries into new business opportunities as startup ventures or new lines of business.
