On October 10, Day Pitney Energy Partner Joseph H. Fagan will be speaking at the Energy Bar Association's "Mid-Year Energy Forum – Regulating a Modern Resource Mix," conference. Fagan is moderating the "Managing the Promises and Complexities of Renewable Natural Gas," panel with Andrea Chambers (DLA Piper US), Suzanne E. Clevenger (Vinson & Elkins) and Geoffrey Diaz (The Coalition of Renewable Natural Gas).

This discussion will provide an overview of Renewable Natural Gas production and its potential use and role in the energy transition, as well as touch on challenges facing the natural gas industry and stakeholders posed by the recent and growing influx of RNG into the market.
