"Land Use Update 2023," NJICLE
On April 4, New Jersey Land Use Counsel Amanda M. Curley is speaking at the virtual program, "Land Use Update 2023," about challenges to zoning ordinances and board decisions, as well as affordable housing, site plan and subdivision approvals, and ethical issues in land use matters. The program is hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), is regarded by the land use bar as the definitive source for current information about New Jersey land use practice, and taught by leading attorneys in the field. It reviews the most recent regulatory, legislative, and case law developments that every seasoned land use practitioner should know. The event was presented in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Land Use Section and the Senior Lawyers Special Committee.
