"Special Needs Persons and Guardian Advocacy Workshop, " Bella's Angels

On September 15, Day Pitney Trusts and Estates Attorney Stephanie Eassa Rapp spoke at a "Planning for Special Needs Persons and Guardian Advocacy Workshop, " for Bella's Angels. The informational workshop was for family members of persons with an intellectual or developmental disability to learn about special needs trusts, guardianship, and the legal consequences of reaching the age of emancipation at 18.
