On December 4, Tiana Gianopulos spoke at "A Brave New World Opportunities Under Our Modern New Trust Law," a program presented by the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford and held at the Hartford Golf Club in West Hartford, CT. She discussed the new planning opportunities for clients and professionals arising from the enactment of Connecticut's omnibus trust law, which now allows for the creation of asset protection trusts, dynasty trusts and directed trusts in Connecticut.
