Understanding Opportunity Zones: Investor Benefits

On April 25, Boston attorneys Bill Pezzoni, Jared Ross and Justin Hannan will present on "Understanding Opportunity Zones: Investor Benefits," a program hosted by the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) in conjunction with the City of Marlborough, MA and Day Pitney LLP. The complimentary educational session will be attended by attorneys, investors, bankers, land or building owners, landlords and real estate brokers interested in learning about the benefits of Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs).

Day Pitney attorneys and Marlborough Mayor Arthur Vigeant will provide an overview of the QOZ program and discuss the tax benefits as an investor; creating and maintaining a QOZ fund; and specific QOZ opportunities in the City of Marlborough.
