On April 3, partners Craig Gianetti and Kate Coffey will be speaking at the 70th Annual Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC), presented by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and held in Atlantic City, NJ. The ABC is the largest regional building industry tradeshow in the Northeast. Gianetti's panel, "Affordable Housing: Is There a Finish Line?", will discuss the changing affordable housing landscape resulting from recent legal developments. Coffey will discuss pending legislation impacting community associations, including bills addressing limited priority liens for outstanding assessment owed to community associations and bills governing the installation of solar panels and electric car charging stations.
