NJICLE's 2018 Land Use Update

On February 28, Craig Gianetti, a partner in Day Pitney's Real Estate & Land Use Group, will be speaking at the 2018 Land Use Update, a program presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and being held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. Gianetti will discuss recent regulatory, legislative and case law developments in New Jersey land use and zoning. The program is being presented in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Land Use Section, the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee and the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA-NJ).
