Views from the Bench – 11th Annual Credit & Bankruptcy Symposium

On May 5, Josh Cohen moderated a panel at the 11th annual Credit & Bankruptcy Symposium, hosted by ABI, Turnaround Management Association Connecticut and Northeast chapters and the New York Institute of Credit. The event was held at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. The panel, which was titled "Views from the Bench," included leading bankruptcy judges from three districts who discussed cutting-edge bankruptcy and restructuring issues, developing or changing bankruptcy jurisprudence, and practice tips and advice on recent trends.
