Introduction to New Jersey Land Use Practice

On June 15, Craig Gianetti will be speaking at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminar, Introduction to New Jersey Land Use Practice. Gianetti and other panelists will present a full day program that will cover how to successfully file applications and obtain development approvals for both residential and commercial properties, how to prepare and counsel clients about land use board meetings and how to deal with specific issues like redevelopment and affordable housing.
