Day Pitney Hosts Patent Law CLE Program

Rich Brown is a featured speakers at a New York County Lawyers' Association CLE event on "Patent Law and the America Invents Act." President Obama signed the America Invents Act into law in September 2011, changing the United States from a "first to invent" to a "first to file" patent system. The change impacts patent marking requirements, the enforceability of business method patents and much more. The event is being held February 22 in Day Pitney's New York office.
