New Jersey Partners to Speak at ACC Event

Michael J. Dunne and Henry Nelson Massey, partners in the Corporate and Business Law Department in the New Jersey office, will speak at the 8th annual full day conference of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (NJCCA) on Sept. 24. The topic of their presentation will be "Completing Contracts -- Strategies and processes for success without breaking the bank."

Along with Martin Carrara of Pfizer, Michael and Henry will address strategies that in-house counsel may use to make a contract process more efficient without sacrificing either business objectives or legal protections. They will cover topics, such as managing the contract process, the use and advantages/disadvantages of contract assembly software, substantive legal clauses, templates and the training of clients.
