Day Pitney's Rosana Belen Fernandez Honored with 2025 40 Under 40 Award by Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section

Day Pitney proudly announces that Rosana Belen Fernandez, Corporate Associate in the firm's Miami office, has been honored with a Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section's 2025 40 Under 40 Award. The award was presented to her at the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section's "Miami Nights" celebration on February 27.

According to the Miami-Dade Bar, the 40 Under 40 Award recognizes outstanding young attorneys under the age of 40 who have demonstrated excellence in their legal careers, leadership, and community involvement. For additional information on the organization and the award methodology, click here.

In her practice, Fernandez assists clients with corporate matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, and corporate governance. 

Fernandez serves as Co-Chair of the MDFAWL Elections Committee and is an active member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Florida International University.
