Day Pitney's Richard Robinson Wins "Most Influential Black Attorney for the Northeast" Award

Day Pitney is pleased to announce that Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court Richard "Ric" Robinson (ret.) was recently honored by the Northeast Black Law Students Association (NEBLSA) as one of their "Most Influential Black Attorneys in the Northeast Awards" honorees. The recognition was announced on February 7 at the 57th NEBLSA Regional Convention in Boston, MA.

"Throughout my career, I have been committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession, and it is inspiring to see the next generation of legal leaders embracing these values. This recognition is a testament to the importance of continuing to advance equity and excellence in our field, and I am grateful to the NEBLSA for their dedication to shaping the future of legal excellence," commented Justice Robinson.

According to the NEBLSA, this recognition highlights the outstanding contributions to the legal field, advocacy, and leadership within the Northeast community. The theme of this year's convention was "The Golden Standard: Shaping the Future of Legal Excellence." The program focused on the commitment and dedication of influential leaders who continue to elevate the standard of excellence within the legal profession.
